Prayer and Devotional Life

A new compilation on prayer and devotional life prepared by the Research Department of the Universal House of Justice. The compilation contains extracts from the Writings of Baha’u’llah, the Bab, and ‘Abdu’l-Baha and the letters of Shoghi Effendi and the Universal House of Justice. The compilation covers the topics of Power of Prayer; Communion with God; the Spirit and Form of Prayer; the Role of Meditation; Prayer, Meditation, and Action; Obligatory Prayers; Devotional Character of the Community; Prayers and Healing; Importance of Memorization; the Object of our Devotion; and additional passages.
