Pause & Reflect is a series that presents meditative passages from the writings of the Bahá’í Faith. The theme of this book is healing. At the core of the Bahá’í teachings is the belief that as humans we are both physical and spiritual beings. The Bahá’í writings present a holistic vision of healing that acknowledges this dual nature. The passages collected in this volume go beyond individual healing, however, and touch on ills that need to be addressed on a societal level. It is hoped that readers will find solace, healing, and hope in the words collected here.
