CALM Coordinator’s Pack
Learning how to meditate can be difficult on one’s own. The CALM course is designed by Paul Profaska for small groups of beginners who are initially guided through the meditation by a Coordinator.
The CALM course helps us :
* open our hearts and minds to the spiritual reserves that lie within us all, such as love, insight, calmness, courage and enthusiasm
* explore the principles of meditation
* practise meditation skills
* develop our own practice
and shows us how meditation can be applied in our lives.
The Pack contains a copy CALM Handbook, CALM Coordinator's Guide with the CALM Guided Meditation CD.
